Excavation in earth work in foundation and trenches in all kinds of classification, soils viz, pick work, pick jumper work, jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting work saturated soils including chiselling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift upto any depth stacking the excavated soil upto any leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in any thickness of layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as specified dumping place as per the direction of Engineer-In Charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : Four sand : Eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm (forty milimeter) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One cement: Five sand: Ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimeters) Nominal size as per PWD specification in all heights and curing complete including cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast walls including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts complete.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry /stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall and return wall with 100mm ( One Hundred milimetres ) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of structure with slope of 1:20 ( One vertical twenty horizontal ) towords drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614.709,1204.3.7 including carriage of materials with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall & return wall complete as per drawing & technical specification clause 1204.3 in all leads and lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage .

Steel work in single sections including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In R.S.Joists,channels angles,tees including all heights/depths including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm to window frames etc. including 62x19 mm beading of second class teak wood and priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.
