Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable pump set of capacity 125 HP from old pump house and deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable DG set of capacity 05 KVA, 10 KVA & 18.9 KVA from various location and deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of centrifugal multistage pump set of capacity 125 HP, 1475 RPM at 198 m head, discharge of 98.6 cum/hr with CI - casing, CI- impeller, 40 C8 Pump shaft with mechanical seal mounted on a common base plate and coupled directly through CI coupling with suitable capacity of electric motor for operation on 415 volts, 50 hz , Class 'B' insulation with all accessories complete all as specified and directed with following :- . (a) Pressure gauge with brass cock-01 No (b) Standard foundation as per manufacture's specification (c) Alteration of existing pipe line with fitting i.e. Bends, tails piece, Pipe with existing size, Flange & nuts bots etc. to match the suction and delivery pipe are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (d) Air release pipe and priming pipe with gate valve 20mm

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Silent engine generating set with acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms 415 volts 35 KVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self-excited self-regulated brushless AC generator including acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/ 2613 /5000 with and including the following:- (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due de-rating factors as per relevant ISI design (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations form Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making good to disturbed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test

(A) Alternator:- Standard design alternator rated at 35 KVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self-excited self-regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally conform to BS - 2613/5000/ IS – 4722 (i) Insulation class - 'H‘ (ii) Temperature rise Class - 'H‘ (iii) Excitation: Self Excited (iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with +/- 1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/- 5% (v) Frequency regulation +/- 1%

(B) Diesel Engine:- Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as accosted by the accepting officer basing on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under (i) Fly wheel with housing (ii) Cooling system: - Moulded radiator with fan & belts (iii) Cooling Water pump: - Centrifugal type belt driven

(iv) Exhaust System:- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of 150mm dia with MS pipe light grade upto & outside and 1meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of 28 SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. Exhaust gas turbo charger type. Exhaust manifold Silencer: Residual type Bellows (v) Fuel System: - Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection solenoid switch controlled by electronic governor for 1% speed /frequency regulation, Fuel filters, Fuel hoses. (vi) Lub oil System: Lubricating oil filter Lubricating oil pump (vii) Air Intake System: Air intake Manifold Air cleaner dry type (viii) Governor: - Electronic Governor (ix) Starting System: - Electric Self-starter with maintenance free battery including battery charging alternator

(x) Batteries:- Batteries of maintenance free of capacity as recommended by the manufacturer complete with copper conductor multi stranded leads of suitable length from self-starter to the battery terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolyte all as specified and Starter gear ring Start and stop push button, Ignition key / Switch Handling and operation: Salient features of accessories shall be as under: Radiator with blower fan Corrosion inhibitor coolant Paper element filters for fuel, lub oil and by pass Electronic governor controlled direct fuel injection system Fly wheel housing and fly wheel

(xi) Generator Monitoring Panel:- Comprising of all standard items as mentioned under this schedule or as per standard practice ignition key switch and start / stop arrangement, indications for Engine parameters, hour run meter, RPM meter, Engine oil pressure indicator, water/coolant temperature indicator, Battery volt display. (xii) Safety Controls: - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temperature and over speeding of engine (xiii) Coupling arrangement: - Flexible coupling, fly wheel to suit flexible coupling (xiv) Accessories: - AVM Pads built in enclosure and for entire unit on platform. (xv) Base Frame: - Should be provided as OEM norms (xvi) Fuel Tank: - Additional Fuel Tank of capacity to suit Daily service fuel tank made out of 3mm thick (10G) HR sheet top and bottom with calibrated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, fuel pump of suitable capacity complete on a common base outside the acoustic enclosure. (xvii) MS pipe line to and from the fuel tank to the DG Set

(C) AMF Panel:- Factory made inbuilt type control cubical made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof totally enclosed with front opening of 415 volts 3 -phase 4 - wire AC 50 Hz, including powder coated, copper bus bar of one and half times the rated load of 35 KVA alternator complete with internal wiring with PVC insulated single core copper conductor multi stranded wire of 1100 volts grade of suitable capacity, fuses, name plates consisting of 4 pole MCCBs and Contactors of capacity as recommended by the manufacturer. Detachable cable gland plates, all controls, indicators and standard microprocessor based LED/LCD display for indicating voltage, current, frequency, speed, kW, kWH, pf, temperature, Battery voltage, etc g) Annunciation with indication lamps for : (i) Low lub oil pressure. (ii) High Water Temperature. (iii) Engine over speed. (iv) Battery low voltage

(D) Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 35 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board (iii) The generating set batteries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be outside the enclosure in the substation building. (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows: (a) Outer body: - CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick (b) Doors: - CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick (c) Sound Insulation: - As per OEM Norms (vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit (vii) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plat form (viii) The fuel tank is to be located in Sub Station Building and cost of the fuel lines is deemed to be included in the offer.

(ix) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button (x) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. (xi) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions. (xii) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pretreatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade (E) The coated rate includes excavation, removing of soft soil and PCC, Cement Concrete foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded aggregate of size not less than 4.6 x 2. 4 x 0.8 m for placing of DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode, 600X600X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 on SSR Part I connected to electrical equipments all as directed or indicated including Excavation & earth work, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel & wire mesh & testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI strip 32 x 6 mm complete laid in trenches / ducts fixed on steel structure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core of 150 Sqmm size from LT panel to starter and starter to motor including crimping of copper lugs -06 nos complete all as specified and directed.
