Supplying and fixing of 25 mm medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 numbers 2.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable (Red, Black & Green) in existing surface / recessed PVC conduit as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain with 4 X 16 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable with surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 6 numbers 6 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable (Red, Black & Green) in the existing surface/recessed PVC conduit as required.

Spplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular late and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connectins etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5-32A rating, 240 V, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole in the existing MCB DB, complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 32 A rating, 415 V, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Triple pole in the existing MCB DB, complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 32 A rating, 415 V, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Triple pole and neutral in the existing metal enclosure, complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 4 pole metal enclosure on surface / recess, complete with earth bar, din bar, detached gland plate, interconnection, phosphetized and powder painted including earthing etc. as required.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 3.5C x 70 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable as required.

Laying and fixing of one number 1.1 kV grade Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable of 3.5C x 70 sq.mm size, clamping on wall using suitable metal clamps spacing not exeed 50 cm etc. as required.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium legs for 3.5C x 70 sq.mm (38 mm) size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium cable as required.spacing not exeed 50 cm etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 100A, 16kA, 4 pole (Three pole and Neutral), 415 V, Moulded casing circuit breaker (MCCB) with Electronic earth leakage module in the existing MCCB enclosure , complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc, as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 phase 8 way, double door, suface/recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN distribution board with provision for fixing MCCB as incomer and TP MCB as out going, complete with 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth link, din bar for mounting MCBs, detachable gland plate, interconnections, earthing, phosphatized and powder painted, fixing using bolt and nut, giving connections etc. as required. (But without MCCB)

Supply and laying of one number 8 SWG good quality bare copper conductor for loop earthing along with existing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable as required.

Charges for removing the existing 6 x 6 Sq mm copper wire with PVC Conduits from panel to existing DB without any damage and conveyance of the material to the godown etc, as required.

Charges for removing the old wall mounted SFU/DBs/Metal Enclosure, making good the damages of the wall/ floor including painting, dismantle the SFU's and other accessories without any damage and conveyance of the material to the godown etc, as required.

Providing and fixing 125 A capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Charges for modification of the existing panel board with cutting, welding & minor industrial works to make the spare chambers suitable for fixing TP&N SFU (125 A) and fabrication of 43 x 37 cm or nearest size panel board door made from 2 mm thick MS sheet, powder coated in suitable colour over a coat of primer, providing rubber beedings and suitable size hinches & locking arrangement for fixing on the existing panel board etc. as required.

Removal of single pole MCB from the existing DB and refixing it in the newly fixed MCCB DB, complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Removal of three pole MCB from the existing DB and refixing it in the newly fixed MCCB DB, complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
