Supply & fixing thermoplastic cable junction box for street lights of size 200x160x98 mm including terminals for cable connection with IP protection duly fixed in poles with help of clamps nut bolts arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated weather proof sheathed copper cable 3 core in PVC conduit from junction box to street light properly fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m width and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil & getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable protections using clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying well burnt brick , locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks ) laid in trenches perpendicular to UG Cable protection complete all as specified.

S&F in repair GI Tubing light grade of size 40mm dia in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamp as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 40mm dia PVC flexible pipe (heavy duty) complete with all fittings, clamps and accessories suitable for drawing LT cable/wires all as specified and directed

M&L earthing complete with Galvanised steel Earth Plate Electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm, thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level with Top Edge of Earth Plate at depth not less than 1.50 Metre below Normal Ground Level, connected to GI earth strip 32X6 mm by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers etc including Galvanised Iron protection Pipe 15 mm bore (dia) Light grade up to 7.5M height provison the earth lead to earth connection in the main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts earthing shall be done all as per shown in elctrical plate No 5 of SRR Part-I including necessary excavation in disintregrated hard soil and 20 mm dia GI pipe with funnel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test and testing in presence of Engr-in Charge.
