Phase-1st (125HP motor) Providing and laying copper PVC insulated arsoured power cable (One cable carrying all the three phases) of suitable size and capacity to motors and all other electircal equipments as per IS:1554(P-I) 1988 or latest with upto date ammendments of Siemens/GLOSTER /IEC/ICC/EICO/NATIONAL/GRANDLAY make including all other accessories such as thimbles, flexible pipes,solders,nuts and bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor

Providing and fixing double loop earth with copper plate 600mmx600x3mm thick electrode complete with material such thimbles nuts and charcoal and common salt, 25mmx5mm copper strips as per IS:3043:1987 with upto date ammendments for motors and other electrical equipments and digging of pits etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of C.I. sluice valve of approved make (with hand wheel) as per IS:780-1984 PN-1 of following dia meter including bars spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II for floowing dia metr complete with nuts, rubber insertion etc. the tail piece if required shall be measred & paid for separately including entire carriage of material with in all leads anf lifts complete in all respects.

Providing, supplying, fixing and commissining of multistage centrifugal blower of flow rate 1200m³/hour for back wash line of approved make in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenhes (to be levelled grades) ISI marked steel tubes with butt welding of following dia as per IS:1239-2001, including jointing the pipes with butt welding at both the ends according to relenvant BIS standards/approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/tapers), all short pieces and bends as per site requirement and made from parent tubes (to be measured and paid alonngwith pipes). Bends shall be manufactured in such a way that not more than 11 1/4 degree deflection is caused by a single cut and internal dia is not reduced including hydraulic testing to the entire satisfation of Engineer in charge. The damaged portion of galvanization due to welding shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by providing two coats of bituminous paint over priming coat as per WWA specification C-203-1978. (Earth work to be measured and paid for separatly)

Providing and placing in filtering media in horizontal layers duly graded, screened, cleaned and washed as specified by Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts.

Top layer: Fine sand( Eff. Size 0.20mm to 0.40 and uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00).

Second layer: Coarse sand, 3mm - 6mm

Third layer : Bajri 6mm to 20 mm.

Fourth layer : Bajri 20mm to 25 mm

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/unsaturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth foundations etc., consolidating as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the useable materials available from excavation to department free of cost to the entire staisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundations, footings, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete.

wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing & laying of mild/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Extra allowances for form work in concrete lining on side slopes in all leads and lifts.

Steel work in single section including cutting hosting fixing in posation and applying apriming coat of red lead paint and to the entire staisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glazed and pannelled glazed or pannelled shutters for doors, windows & clerestory windows Ic bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.(a) 40 mm thick 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and liftscomplete in all respect.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge specification 8 S.G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors,windows ic bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 30 mm thick of 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing MS sliding door bolts anodised colour and shade with nuts and screws complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing MS tower bolts ( Barrel type ) anodised transparent or died to required shade with necessary screws complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing MS handles anodised,transparent or died to required shade with necessary screws complete in all respect.
