Color compying to ASTM A792, base metal thickness 1.00mm, alloy coating AZ 150 (Alumminium 55% Zinc 43.50% and Silicon 1.5%), Yield Strength: 350MPA, Paint coating regular modified polyster top coat 12 microns epoxy, top color: Combination of Blue and Off white and Bottom color grey using make of Thyssen Krupps, Germany / Dongbu Steel Co. Limited, Korea / Corus Steels, U.K/ Union steel, Korea / Yieh phui Enterprises Ltd., Taiwan. The Steel Sheet shall be 3'-0" (914MM) width which shall be curved and moulded at site using mechanical press and dies to the desired curves and shape to form 2'-0" (605MM) wide interlocking panels. These panels shall be erected in position and the joints are seamed. The installation should be done by mechanized methods. Vendor has to mobilize required number of Hydra for transportation of sheets and Cranes for the erection of Seamed Sheets and complete the entire work satisfactorily by using the fixtures like anchor fasteners, standard light hangers, turbo ventilators and sky lights etc., Completed.
