M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings , laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore filling in floors of guage exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type E2 1:5:10 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured ceramic glazed tiles (600x600mm) 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles (300x300mm) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4(20 mm graded aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description , not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using cement plaster of 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new surface walls, plastered or unplastered, and two coats of distempering walls with oil bound distemper, white or tinted over a coat of primer alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.
