REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OLD /UNSV/RUSTED LT PANEL NEAR FILTRATION PLANT AT AIR FORCE STATION KHAMBHALIYA UNDER GE(AF) JAMNAGAR NO2 1. M & L for disconnecting incoming and outgoing electrical cable connection, taking out old/unsv/rusted LT panel of any size and description, demolition of existing concrete and removed from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge - 1 Job. 2. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT Panel outdoor type confirming to IS 8623 Part I (one), CPRI approval, totally enclosed weather and vermin proof suitably ventilated for 3 phase, 4 wire 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply, outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame, factory fabicated, compartmentalized inner shell shall be made of out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet for control gear. Front and back door opening with locking arrangement at front. Protection of enclosure IP 56 as per IS-2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment throught 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coating and powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size. EPDM gasket of appropriate shape and size provided at all joints, doors and covers including suitable size angle iron/flat iron frame work/support required with four legs 60 cm long using angle iron 50x50x6mm, air passing holes and locking arrangement at front with duplicate keys and making connection of incoming and outgoing cable using proper cable lugs, legs grouted in PCC 1;2;4 and making good disturbed surface complete and comprising of the following:- (i) TPN Aluminium electrolytic grade bus bar of capacity 400 Apms for phases & 200 Apms for neutral duly supported on SMC/DMC, busbar supports and insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve. (ii) Digital multifunction meter (V,A,KW,KWH), 415V AC alongwith C.T's of suitable ratio (set of three) class 1.0 comlplete. (iii) Indication lamps LED type (RYB) - 01 set of three, CTs 500/5A class 1.0,15VA (Cast Resin) for metering-03 Nos. (iv) Internal wiring, with suitable size of FRLS copper conductor cable. INCOMER; (i) MCCB 400 Amp 4 Pole, 36 KA(TMD) confirming to IS/IEC 60947-2, lcs+100% lcu with fixed magnetic and adjustable thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10in setting complete with phase separator-01 No Make: ABB/Seimens/Schneider OUTGOING : (i) MCCM 200 amp 4 pole, 25KA(TMF), lcs+100% lcu with fixed magnetic and thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10ln setting complete with phase separator-01 No (ii) MCCB 100 amp 4 pole, 25 KA(TMF), lcs+100% lcu with fixed magnetic and thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10ln setting complete with phase separator- 02 Nos, Make: ABB/Siemens/Schneider. 3. M & L for reconnecting incoming and outgoing cable connection using suitable size nuts/bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed - 01 Job. 4. Testing and commissioning on load complete - 01 Job.
