M&L second class soft wood, plain fillets, square or rectangular in section of area exc 13 and n exc 25 Sqcm, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/ridges, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 4.8mm thick, sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of 35mm thick 2nd class HW glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge, etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a), complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for factory made, 2nd class hard wood rail and style 35 mm thick, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered partical board with commercial veneering on both sides. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of 100 mm butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel fixed with screws or welded complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of 150 mm, long, Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of 150 mm long , extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type anodised and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of aluminium anodised sliding door bolt 250 mm long plate type stove enamelled black with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and incl a minimum of 6 bolt and nut four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing of galvanized mild steel wire cloth of 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples or with wooden beads, screws and nuts botls etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Providing 75mm thick concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, 20mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, buzzer, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants , regulators, sockets light fitting etc for taking credit removing from site and making good disturbed surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm cable FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed copper multistranded conductor, 1100 V grade of size 1.5 sqmm including necessary termination board 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor as earthing and connected to common earthing with PVC heavy duty casing caping/PVC conduit ISI marked as rquired at site along with all accessories and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ ceiling etc for the following : - (a) One light point/ one fan point/ Bell Point controlled by one switch

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp independent

All as per item No 28.00 above but for point wiring for power point with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing caping heavy duty ISI marked /heavy duty conduit ISI marked as required at site alongwith accessories with 2.5 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earthing and connected to common earth complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair wall mounted LED light fitting 1x20 watts AC decorative box type with driver holder including LED tube light , energy efficient type 4 feet long including neccessary conection prewired and making connection with 3 core copper flexible cable of appropriate size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair sheet metal enclosure SPN DB 08 way,single phase 240 volts double door with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair miniature Circuit breaker (MCB) single pole & neutral 240 volt C curve 10 KA, 32 Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of LED security light fitting 35 watts 230 Volts AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase 230 Volts of size 300 mm sweep with blades ,frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair two single core 6 Sq mm for Sub Main wiring with copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100Volts grade in and including PVC casing capping/ PVC conduit with fixing accessories including one run of 6 Sq mm copper conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge. (Note - Two runs of 6 Sq mm cable, one run of 6 Sq mm earth cable and one run of PVC casing Capping shall be measured as one running meter.)

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less less than 1.5 mtr filled around with 15 cm thick alternate layers of charcoal dust and salt and connected to earth lead wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolt, nut and check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimble and other ends of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh, pcc 1:3:6 type C-1 in chambers RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bars 15cm center to center both ways, complete all as shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
