Earth work in excavation by mecanical means (hydraulic excavater)/manual means in over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) i/c disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up 1.5, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.The contractor has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non moduler) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 C.Sand).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20cm layer breaking clods. Watering rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammer and rolling every third or top most layer with power roller or minimum 8 tonne including 1.5m lift and all lead including cartage of earth by mechanical transportion and all T&P labour etc. required for proper completion of work (Earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from out side of NOIDA).

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. 40 mm thick Red Sand Stone

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) i/c attached plasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses, fillets, columns, pillers, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
