Excavation in trenches in soft or loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre deep, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 500 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for sand cushioning in trenches in layers with 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable with fine dry sand for cable protection and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Total thickness 18 cm after punning shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks old sizes over the underground HT/LT cable, laid dry & flat abutting each other with width equal to length of bricks for protection of cable after taking down cable protection as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 150mm bore GI tubing light grade,ISI marked, with all fitting/acessories for protection of cable under road crossing/ on pole/wall and under road crosing including MS clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc including taking down of old pipe as exist at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 80mm bore GI tubing light grade,ISI marked, with all fitting/acessories for protection of cable under road crossing/ on pole/wall and under road crosing including MS clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc including taking down of old pipe as exist at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of road/hardstanding/hard soil, n exc 30cm width and 60cm in depth for laying 150/80mm bore GI pipe including making good the disturbed surfaces in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate and removal of debries complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of HT XLPE cable, 11000 volts (earthed), insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2), extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendment, size 120 Sqmm, 3 core , laid in trenches /pipes /ducts /along poles/ walls/ equipment etc including taking down of old cable as exist at site from trenches complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : (i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than Nov 2019. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. Cable shall also be tested in the presence of Rep of Accepting officer at factory premises prior to despatch and also after laying in the trench before returning filling in the trench. (ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be made and paid separately. Excavation & earth work shall be paid once if cable is being laid on same location. (iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length. (iv) The contractor shall produce original purchase vouchers duly machine numbered alongwith excise duty gate pass of factory for verification and record.

M&L in replacement for jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable straight through heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 120-185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable outdoor termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 70-120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing danger notice board of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet,vitreous enamelled white,with letters ,figure and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixed with MS clamps ,bolts and nuts,for PCC pole/tubular pole/panel for 11000 volts grade, of 25x20cm size including taking down of existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and installing switch Air break gang operated, triple pole, for horizontal or vertical operation, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod/pipe of 25mm bore, medium grade GI pipe from ground level with locking arrangements, 400 Amps rating 11000 volts working pressure including making electrical connections to make it functional after testing including taking down/out old unservieable air break gang operated switch,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road/pavement/ hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique by employing necessary machine with & including HDPE pipe 150 mm bore suitable for 0.40 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.
