NON DRIVE END Charges for removing the pulley, rotating diode assembly, exciter rotor and Stator assembly.
NON DRIVE END Charges for cleaning, servicing and applying varnish coating, baking and replacing all the six diodes 150 LM 120 – 3 Nos. & 150 LMR 120 – 3 Nos. in the rotating diode assembly with suitable insulators and studs.
DRIVE END Charges for removal of spider coupling and end covers on both sides and threading out the alternator rotor from the stator assembly.
DRIVE END Charges for removal of accumulated dust particles of the stator and rotor by hot air blower and complete washing and cleaning using electro solvent and varnishing the cores with class “H” insulation and applying gel coat for stator and rotor winding over hang portion. Baking of stator and rotor for improving the IR value
DRIVE END Charges for removal of both drive end and non drive end bearings and the shaft shall be scanned for any cracks and trueness, the bearing seating area in the shaft to be checked & attended before assembling both the bearings. Replace the field-end connecting cable with suitable lugs. Provide one missing stator winding out going cable and bracing the stator coil end joints with silver bracing.
Charges for replacing of new bearings, Drive End Bearing NU 326 MC4 and Non-drive bearings 6326 C3 of SKF make or equivalent FAG make shall be replaced by the firm.

Charges for Transportation for the Alternator taking to-and-fro.
