Infrastructural work at VYBK In Connection with International Football Match to be held between India Vs Uruguay------Temporary hiring of DG sets including synchronizing panels for floodlighting arrangement

Hiring Charges & Charges for Transportation (to & fro), Loading & unloading of all the materials with complete arrangement with total liability of vendor/ contractor.for 415V, 800 A synchronizing panels for synchronizing of two nos DG incomming power for uninterrupted power supply to flood lighting arrangement (for 03 days).

S & Providing on hire basis soundless 500 KVA DG single set complete without diesel and mobil as emergency standby as per direction of EIC incl. transportation. 08 nos DG sets (for 03 days)

Charges for deployment of Highly skilled for synchronizing panels:- i) 4 nos. personel for 1 shift (8 hrs) per day per synchronizing panel i.e. 12 heads (4 highly skilled x 1 shift x 3days) ii) OEM for respective DG sets:- 4 nos. Highly skilled for 1 shift (8 hrs) per day per synchronizing panel i.e. 12 heads (4 highly skilled x 1 shift x 3days)

Charges for deployment of semi skilled operator for DG sets :- 8 nos. semi skilled operator for 1 shift (8 hrs) per day per DG set i.e. 24 heads (8 operators x 1 shifts x 3days)

Providing on hire main wiring with 1.1 KV grade Aluminium Conductor PVC / XLPE armoured cable of following sizesincluding laying in trench (at least 230 mm below ground) including dismantling the same and mending good the damages. (for 3 days) 3½ / 4 core 240 sqmm PVC / XLPE armorured cable per meter

Finishing the end of following PVC armoured cable by crimping method incl. supplying & fixing solderless socket (dowels make), tape, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials and making connection. 3½ / 4 core 240 sqmm PVC armoured cable

Supply & Pouring of HSD for the hired DG set incl handling cost (Actual consumption as per load demand) Allowable consumption of HSD per the following:- S & providing of Diesel oil for dedicated power back up of Utility . (500kVA DG set) (80 ltr/h) (for 3 days)

Storage & Handling of oil in disposable PVC barrel on hire basis . (for 3 days)

Supply & erection on hire basis 50mm dia 2.5mtr long G.I. pipe with 8 S.W.G GI earth wire approx length 4mtr. As G.S. and dismantling. (Qty =40 nos) (for 3 days)

Special Terms and conditions :- 1) Earthing should conform to IS specification. Earth Continuity wire should not be broken/Jointed. Single Earth continuity wire should be used from Earth Bus- Bar to the installation. 2) Upto 1 meter exhaust piping beyond silencer 3) Hiring Charges includes maintenance cost. 4) Loading & unloading and transportation from storage to site (to and fro) with all necessary arrangement and labour. 5) Ordinary Flexible wires should not be used. Only new PVC insulated & sheathed wires (Bearing ISI mark) or PVC insulated wires of FRLS (Fire Resistant Low Smoke) type (ISI Marked) are allowed. 6) All cable ends should be properly socketed. 7) All joints shall be made with porceline insulated connectors Twisted & lapped joints shall be avoided. 8) Sufficient quantity of Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Box should be provided. 9) If the DGs are not placed at site on time pro rata rate will be reduced from bill. 10) The guarding /security arrangement of all the hired products/installation has to be made by the successful bidder at his/their own cost and responsibility No additional charge will be paid for any unwanted incidents like theft, damage due to natural calamities or any other reasons whatsoever. 11) During entire hiring period any fault to the hired installation shall be rectified/faulty items replaced, at the cost of agency. Suitable man power for attending and rectification/replacement of damaged items has to be provided by the agency at their own cost. 12) A test certificate cum safety certificate is to be provided by the agency, duly signed by the Supervisor of the agency after completion of installation. 13) A performance guarantee of hired DG sets and AC machines has to be provided by the agency after completion. The DG set should be topped up with sufficient fuel time to time at the cost of the bidder.
