REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROAD AND REPLACEMENT OF ROAD FURNITURE AND ITS CONNECTED ITEMS IN AT ZONE-II AND III UNDER GE SAMBA

Scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area exc. 400 Sqm and depth exc. 50mm but not exc. 100mm deep, complete all as specified & directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken boulders or quarried stones of range 100mm to 50mm, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled with power roller 8/12 tonne and consolidated to required gradient, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) (granite, basalt or trap) in two layers of 75mm consolidated thickness each with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 5 here in before but except material complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for thermoplastic road marking paint 2.5mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters exceeding 10cm in width, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture's instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished finished even & rough, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Sand filling under floors including watering, ramming and rolling, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade With Grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs stone, plinth courses and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.
