Excavation in earth work upto all depths in all classification of soil as pick work, jumper work, satutred soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting, soft /hard rock or chiselling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibitted in all lifts i/c triming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring, strutting , plankings, timbering and dewatering where ever required, stacking theserviceable/unserviceable material / soil separetely and then disposing of all excavated earth up to all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement using concrete mix of M-30" not leaner than 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation , footing, bases of column & the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. Thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level in all with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)portions and the like including attached pilaster, buttresses, plinth and string course and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

a) Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position i /c binding wire complete up to floor two level complete with in all lead & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work i/c cutting,hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red paint :-In grating, framed ,guards,bars,ladders, railing,brackets & similar works with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work foundation and plith including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick /stone mesonry for interior plasting up to floor two levels i/c arrises ,internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finshed even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand ) complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge: (LR)

Cutting in earth work in all kind of soil and then disposing of all excavated soil upto a lead of 20 meter with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Random Rubble masonry /polygonal rubble un-coursed /brought to coarses with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up wiyh cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) in plinth level/super structure. with cm 1:6 (1cement :6sand) including all leads and lifts

Providing, supplying and fixing of fencing pannels of size 2.40 mtr x 1.20 mtr divided in two panels of 1.20 x 1.20 mtr by fixing T iron ISNT - 50 at centre fitted with wire mesh 25 mm x 25 mm welded to MS angle 40x40x4 mm size frame all around with MS flat 25x5 mm cover and seven Nos hold fasts including cutting welding painting with red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of Bulk meter of Krohne/Marshal/Siemens/ ABB/SBEM/ George Fishers/E & H. Itron Make at outlet point fixed in heavy duty PVC box for meter including all fittings i.e. Diert Box, NRV, Union, Elbow and Peet valve as required at site complete in all respect for proper functioning in accordance to relevent BIS and specifications with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of Pressured reducing valve of Krohne/Marshal/Siemens/ ABB/SBEM/ George Fishers/E & H. Itron Make at outlet point point fixed in heavy duty PVC box for meter including all fittings i.e. Diert Box, NRV, Union, Elbow and Peet valve as required at site complete in all respect for proper functioning in accordance to relevent BIS and specification with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Laying, Jointing & Testing of GMS pipe ( Plain ended pipe) with circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding with minimum two layers capable to with stand required test pressure ( minimum welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/tapers, all short pieces, bends of required degrees as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of puipe shall also include intermediate flanged joints spaced at an unterval of 16 pipes length or where ever required as per direction od the Engineer in chareg duly welded in three layers ( two for outer & one on inner side) and all other operarions such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc, lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required levels including flushing, clearing and hydraulic testing complete in all respects & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge ( Earth work in trenches and cost of providing flanges i/c nut & bolts, gaskets will be measured and paid for separetely). The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia od pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L & T or ISI marked make. The damaged pottion of the pipes and all the specials ( if damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) made from the parent tune shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of antocorrosive butimimous paint over a priming coat as perWWA specifications C-203-1978. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, clearing & hydraulic testing, DP test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Installation charges

Providing IOT Based Instrumentation as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply. Installation, Testing and commissioning of LORA UNIT/RTU unit with Nano SIM to send and receive the data/signal from/to cloud and field instruments. It should be operated with 5V Li lon battery for secured transfer of DATA from sensor/flowmeter with networking cellular LORA/Wi-Fi/NB Wi-Fi ethernet RF range 400m- 1000m ( for LORA based RTU) secured transmission of telementry via MQTT/AMQP/HTTPS using TLS/DTLS/AES standards including memory card for storing DATA for a minimum of 30 days in case of power failures/loss of connectivity complete in all respect with certification with all leads and lifts as per direction of Enginer in charge. LOR GATEWAY/CLOUD GATEWAY unit with NANO SIM :- Providing , fixing DATA communication GATEWAY device with solar powered supply ( shall be measured and paid separetely) for DATA acquisition from RTU and communication through secured transmission telemetry with standards protocol using LORA/Wi-Fi/NB Wi-Fi cellur/GPRS ethernet for connecting to cloud server for at least 2 months DATA backup as per detailed specification with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Metal BOX : Providing MS metal Sheet minimum 1.0 mm thick metallic box size 60x60x60 cm) bottom less with MS angle( 25x25x5mm) legs of 150 mm height properly anchored/grounded in ground with CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as per specififications with locking arrengement duly red oxide and paint on all side , inside/outside to house bulk flow meter with all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

TURBIDITY SENSOR : - Providing and fxing NEPHELOMETRIC Turbidity sensor based NEPHELOMETRIC measuring principle 90 degree NIR( Near in-fra Red) scattered light according to ISO 7027-1999, measurement at wave length 860 micro meter with turbidity range ( 0-100 NTU) including all accessories like plumbing electrical, cabling engineering with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Residual Chlorine sensor:- Providing fixing Residual Chlorine sensor based on AMPEROMETRIC PRINCIPLE according to ISO 7393-2017 with a range of 0 to 05 ppm complete in all respect with in all repect with all accessories with all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

SOLAR PANEL with lead Acid Battery, Providing, fixing reputed make and MNER approved solar panel power supply system to pressure sensor/communcation GATEWAY device with 12V - 10 Watt solar panel with 7.5 Ah acid battery properly mounted in GI pipe not less than 40 mm dia ( light class) minimum 2.0 m height, the battery shall be properly fixed and encaged in a metal box duly painted on all side ( inside/outside) haviving locking arrangements complete in all respect wiring to the nearest sensor/communcation GATEWAY device with all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of WTP :- Prov, installation, testing and commisioning of water treatment plant 2.25 MLD in M30 grade conc , the shape of Rapid sand filters including cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installtion of all mechanical/Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnectiing GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arrangements from all units with disposal of the same to the boundary of structures, all types of valves, fittings and all contigent works capable of taking input and giving outtput as laid down in chapter - I of CPHEEO manual under all cliamtic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes Raw water tank, inlet chamber, inlet channel, pashall flumes. C/O pre-sedimentation tank, wash lime solution tanks , Alum solution tanks with Dozining arrangement, flash mixer, flocculator, secondary setling tank, rapid sand filters, pipe gallery and clear water tank gaseous chlorination system and plant building accomoating alum store, chemical handling and feeding room with safty measure, back wash pump cum air compressors room, pannel room, water testing laboratary and attendant room. The cost shall include office furniture also providing and fxing of lighting arrangements complete in all respect. Providing and fixing all electrical/mechanical equipments , proper walk way for inspection/operation of various units , providing and setting up of all laboratory equipments etc as per the CPHEEO mannual appendix 15.90 ( cat -II) of 1999 addition shall be provided, sizes of various units shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO. Design of various units shall confirm to relavent IS codes and specifications. All the water retaining structures shall be designed and constructed in RCC as per latest Code. ( The work of site development, protection walls/reataining walls and boundary wall shall be measured and paid separetely).( Ref data sheet Volume -I for further details)

Annual running repair & maintenance of scheme from source level ( i.e. from Fegdu ) to main treament plant at Jim Jimma and collection tanks, having structure/machinery facility in proper working condition for a period of 5 year. O & M includes the regular i.e daily supply of designed/required quantity of potablbe water having water quality as per CPHEEO manual of water supply to the baneficiaries of the scheme from above mentioned sources to treatment plants, main & sector storage tanks at different locations in waed No. 6 and repair & maintenence of main line, gravity lines and entire distribution system along with maintenence of authorised system of scheme. Regular maitenance of all facilities including cleaning, washing, oil and greasing repairs , replacement of worn out/ damaged parts of pumping machinery , pipe line, valves and electrical, Mechanical equipments, regular cleaning of all structure like storage tanks, sump wells, intakes, channels, collection/ distribution chambers, pump house etc and disposal of same as per the direction of Engineer in charge, fixing/repairing leakage in structure hannels, pipe lines, pumping machinery etc. proper disinfection of treated water and regular testing of water samples at required stages for treatment and lift, keeping regular and proper record of water quantity and quality, repair and maintenance work chemical dosing and running of the scheme, removal of all kind of slip , slush, up rooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc. growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge , planting and maintaining plants/flowers/trees around the water trearment plant, storage tanks/sump well etc as per the satisfaction of Engineer in charge including the cost of procurement of adequate and proper tools and plants, skilled and unskiiled manpower, spare parts, oil/grease/lubricants, chemical, bleaching powder instruments, equipments, stationery and any other material etc. required for O & M excluding cost of energy charges. All the operation shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO manula on water supply and treatment ( latest addition) HP PWD/JSV specificaction, HP & JSV departmental norms , directions issued by Engineer in charge from time to time and sound Engineering pratice. The chlorine gas shall be provided / supplying / applying by the contractor itself. The operation and maintenance of the whole scheme shall be for 5 years.
