Removing UNSV & S & F new synchro tilting mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing the gas lift mechanism for making the seat adjustment functional.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing old broken PVC Back Seat (Blow plast) from Chair School with Hand board and S & F new PVC Back Seat (Blow plast) with suitable screws / Nut & bolt. All as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of PVC Back Seat - Blow Plast

M & L for removing old Unserviceable Hand board from Chair school with hand board and S & F new Hand Board made with 18mm thick pre laminated particle board with 6mm thick teak wood edging all around including two coats french polishing fixed with suitable screws and All as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for welding work to broken frame wherever requiredand redusting and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint black colour of approved make and providing suitable hard rubber shoes 4 Nos approved quality for each chair and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair of Chair dining (MAP) (FD/MAP-II/04 ) :- M & L removing UNSV & S & F the following existing wooden components from Chair Dining (MAP) carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts made of first class teak wood well seasoned free from pits & knots including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing,placing every part in-tact complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cushion 75 mm thick 40 density including 12mm thick BWR ply wood fixed with as per existing pattern. Make: Sleepwell/Kurlon (Kurlon Ltd) duly covered with tapestry cloth not less than Rs 300 per mtr quality and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge./GE and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
