(a) Hiring of 01 Nos. Diesel operated light vehicle (Including Driver) for SDO-ALAMBAGH against O AND M 2024-25 Scheme under jurisdiction of E.E, E.U.D.D-ALAMBAGH, LESA, Lucknow.

Special Terms & Conditions :- 1.Registration of Vehicle should not be older than Three years. Vehicle should be registered with RTO in the Commercial category. All the papers required to put the vehicle on the road as per guidelines of RTO Lucknow shall be provided by the contractor. 2. On requirement, vehicle may be used for other Division/Sub-Division on same conditions. 3. Avarage of Vehicle should be more than or equal to 12 KM per Litre. 4. Vehicle should be provided with a Driver of good driving skill and knowledge of all routs of Lucknow city. 5. In case of break down/servicing of vehicle contractor shall provide a similar vehicle immediateley. 6. Salary of the driver, cost of maintenance of vehicle and lubricants shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. 7. Only Diesel shall be provided by the Department. 8. GST will be paid Extra, as legally applicable. 9. In case of forgeded documents agreement will be cancelled and legal action will be taken against firm. 10. Normal cases duty of Driver will be 8.00A.M. to 8.00 P.M. In case of emergency duty will depend on Officer concerned. 11. Timely servicing of vehicle will be responsibility of Owner. 12. Log book shall be maintained by the concerned Officer/Engineer. 13. Maximum limit of vehicle is 1500 KM in a month. 14. Vehicle paper(RC) should not be older than three years & vehicle should have a valid insurance . 15. The Tendering authority can split the tender among different bidders/cancel/modify the above tender without any reason. 16. Duration of the service contract may be extended up to 06 months beyond the initial contract duration (subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consent).
