Removal of existing water proofing system upto any thick max upto 20 to 400mm and upon site condition with due care without harming the existing surface etc complete including disposing the debris upto a max. lead of 1km from site to stocking ground incl. cost of labour, tools, tackles, equipments etc. complete
Providing and fixing shear connectors, fixing with epoxy as per manufactures specification, drilling 10mm dia hole upto a depth of 100mm, cleaning the holes with blowers etc. and fixing connectors with 8mm steel upto a length of 150mm to 300mm depending upon the requirement including cutting and bending with labour, equipment, machinary etc. complete wherever required.
Surface preparation by overlay method grade not less than M25, with required high performance PCE based super plasticizer, Integral water proofing compounds, Syntactic fibre at 125 gm per bag of cement, under a base coat layer of Micro concrete grade not less than M40, by Vacuum De-watering system, finishing with mechanical towelling, suction Mat shall be multilayered polymer sheets to ensure sufficient cross sectional area to squeeze out and remove excess water from the concrete, double beam surface vibrator shall be used, all including fixing levels with heavy grade channels etc complete, including grove cutting the surface afterward finishing with trowel etc complete excluding the cost of centering shuttering, shear connectors etc complete , surface hardness shall be checked by rebound hammer tester.
Providing and placing in position Micro Concrete, which shall be cement based pre-packed single component chloride free, non-shrink , free flow, self compacting ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved manufacturer as per specification upto Grade not less than M40 for column, beam, slab etc. wherever required including mixing with paddle fitted low RPM machine, including materials, Aggregate, labours etc. complete.
Providing and applying Single componenet Hydrophobic Polyurethane resin, which shall be low Viscos 250 (mPa-s), specific Gravity upto 1.20 (G/ml) or Higher , Tensil Strength Not less than 15N/Mm2 , Tensil Shear Strength Noty less than 7 N/Mm2, Compressive Strength Not less than M50 etc complete including PDP Pump, which shall be High Pressure Gauge fitted pump, electrically operated as per from approved manufacturer as per specification
Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete, as required and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying PU coating ( Polyurethane) by spray etc complete as per manufacture specification minimum PU at the rate 0.700 kg/ Sqm etc complete the substrate should be checked for < 4% pbw moisture content, Relative Air Humidity 85% r. h. max, the mixing must be thoroughly mixed using a low speed electric stirrer (300 - 400 rpm) or other suitable equipment, if applied by roller then roller shall be With a solvent resistant, “non-fuzzy” roller, or if applied by spray then spray shall be Airless spray equipment, for example: piston pump Wagner EP 3000.
