9.3 Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm at 100 mm centre to centre and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5mm size with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm with 40mm dia. steel pulleys & with riveted bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, hold fast /anchor bolt including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required.

10.9 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10.9.2 40 mm thick with 20 mm well burnt brick aggregate

8.1 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : 8.1.3 Local Teak Wood

8.5 Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20 × 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 8.5.1 Local Teak wood 8.5.1.1 35 mm thick shutters

8.18 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 8.18.1 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

8.98 Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 8.98.1 125 mm

12.2 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 12.2.2 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12.10 Neat cement punning.

12.1 12 mm cement plaster of mix 12.1.2 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12.34 Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]

12.40 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.40.1 New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.28 litre/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

12.43 Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: 12.43.1 Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm
