Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for the Fire Fighting System i.e. Wet Riser/Sprinkler System, including electric motors, fire pumps, diesel-driven fire engines, and fire-fighting accessories, as per relevant BIS standards, to ensure the system remains in perfect functional condition round the clock at the buildings listed below. The scope includes maintenance, testing, repairs, and replacements, with 02 Visit per Month for each building, or as required in case of any defect or mishap in the system. The contractor shall attend to such issues immediately upon receiving a call from NDMC staff. The services shall be provided by a team comprising 01 Engineer, 01 Technician/Electrician, 02 Welder and 04 Helpers, with the objective of maintaining the system in full operational readiness at all times. The technical staff of the agency i.e., Engineers and Technicians shall also provide basic training to the Fire Control Room staff on routine maintenance and operation of fire-fighting equipment, enabling them to address minor issues effectively. All maintenance work shall be carried out to the complete satisfaction of, and in accordance with the directions of, the Fire Officer/Engineer-in-Charge for the buildings listed below
