Supply and fix in repair of aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15 mm complete with new porceline insulator by means of screws of suitable size for isolation of strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of copper strip 20mm x 3.15 mm complete with new porceline insulator by means of screws of suitable size for isolation of strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of test point terminal block made of GUN METAL or phosphorous bronze size 75X75X25 mm drilled and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of single pointed aluminium rod rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixed on the roof including all fittings, fixtures and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 blocks 100mm x 100mm x 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm buried in ground 150 mm below ground including all excavation and earth work connecting at ends, jointing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried dirictly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 sqmm size upto 7.5 meter long by means of bolts,nuts check nuts and washers of all galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to test point including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (AMP) not less than 4 KG per Sqm funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 15 mm dia bore (GI light grade), PCC pit with 50mm thick PCC cover etc. including testing on completing including GI protection pipe 20mm dia medium grade for earthing lead complete all as specified and directed including demolition of old unservicable earthing.

Supply, instalation & testing of fast earth electrode maintenance free chemical earthing of Dual pipe technology of 3 mtr long with outer pipe diameter of 88 mm & inner pipe diameter 48mm, the pipes are properly galvanized for 80-120 micron and wall thickness of inner pipe 3mm and 2mm of outer pipe. There should be terminal for connection of 32x6mm GI strips with two holes of 14 mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE is duly fitted with the highly conductive material with sealing at both ends with lead terminals of 50x6 mm GI strips at top. Alongwith 2 bags of 2 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical should be tested and certified by any international accredited laboratory. The earthhencing compound should be tested referring to protocol IS 1350/&/EC62321/111/54/CDV. The PH value of compound should be between 7 to 8. The content of mercury (Hg) & Hexacromium should be below detection level. The electrode should be tested for salt spray test as per BIS117-09 for corrosion for minimum 500Hrs. The FAST ELECTRODE shall be dully tested & Certified by CPRI (Central power Reserch Institution), Govt of India for a suitable minimum short circuit current for 1 second with initial pick of suitable KA. The Fast ELECTRODE shall be approved by CPRI, ERDA/NABL Lab complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and instalation & testing of fast earth electrode maintenance free chemical earthing of 3 mtr long copper pipe of diameter 76 mm. There should be terminal for connection of 20x3 mm of copper strip with two holes of 14 mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE is duly fitted with the highly conductive material with sealing at both ends with lead terminals of 20x3 mm copper strip at top, alongwith 2 bags of 2 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. M& L for demolition of old existing broken earth pit chamber and prepare new chamber as per SSR norms and including putting CI cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for piling angle iron structure of 50X50X5mm size of length 0.5m and a PVC board having printed the format of Earthing details such as date of measurment, Resistance in Ohms, next due date and other details near all the earthing in the station complete including fixing arrangement by means of PCC work and PVC board on angle iron structure by means of bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for watering the existing earthing pits with salt and coal at Air Force Station Baroda as desired level at site all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note:- (a) Contractor shall quote the rates by including the charges of making arrangement of watering the earthing pits at any site and location inside Airforce area. (b) Salt and coal should be paid separetely in respective item in schedule.

Supply only salt suitable for earthing pit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old Earth continuity conductor from wall /roof/ground and refixing the same after cleaning with new porceline insulator by means of screws of suitable size for isolation of strip complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for cutting grass/herbs near installaion complete including cleaning of installation near earthing pits complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fibre- Reinforced Plastic (FRP) earthing chamber cover for earthing Pit 420mm (TOP), 340mm (BASE), 210mm (HEIGHT) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Lobour for checking of earthings status (resistance and voltage) of 250 nos earthing pit near each panel, DG set,Pump houses, transformers/any other place at Air Force Station Baroda by disconnecting the earthing strip from terminal/junction and maintening the register duly signed by user,contractor and concerned JE/AGE (E/M) including writing the result on nearby wall/sheet where ever possible using black paint for background and yellow colour for alphabet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Contractor will bring his own measuring instruments whatever is required to carryout the job. (ii) All 250 Nos of earthing checking and measuring as described here and above shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and laying 40 mm bore pipe, light grade (ISI marked), galvanized iron with and including all fitting (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ fixed to wall/ fixed on pillars complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F insulating clamp on the wall/ roof for fixing of copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of GI Sheet box of size 90x90x90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M/L galvanised tubing light grade 20 mm dia complete with all accessories buried under floor , or on wall all as directed for earth lead protection .
