Demolishing RCC Slab along with TMT bars at all levels by manually/ by mechanically means, carefully without damaging adjacent structres including stacking of servicable materials and disposal of unservicable materials within 100m lead from site all as per specifications and directed by EIC.

Dismantling Brick wall along with cement mortar at all levels by manually/ by mechanically means, carefully without damaging adjacent structres including stacking of servicable materials and disposal of unservicable materials within 50m lead from site all as per specifications and directed by EIC.

Providing and laying in position RCC (1:1.5:3) thick for flooring, beams, slabs using 20mm nominal size aggregate obtained from approved quarry including mechanical mixing, vibrating, compaction, finishing, curing, etc in slope if needed as per site condition; complete all as per specifications.

Providing and constructing Brick Masonry in CM 1:6 using country burnt bricks of approved quality at all levels including cost of materials, conveyance, charges for labours, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete and as per directed by EIC.

Steel reinforcement using TMT bars for all R.C.C items including decoiling, cutting, hooking, bending, cranking, fabricating to required shape, placing in position and tying the system with soft drawn annealed binding wire of diameter not less than 1.00mm with 2 strands etc complete

Plastering for inside and outside walls in CM 1:5 with 12mm thick using M-sand of approved quality including cost of materials, conveyance, charges for labours, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete as per directed by EIC

Dismantling Existing Roofing Sheet at all levels including cutting and removal of damaged angler truss by manually/ by mechanically means, carefully without damaging adjacent structres including stacking of servicable materials and disposal of unservicable materials within 50m lead from site all as per specifications and directed by EIC.

Painting with Synthetic Enamel for existing steel sections inluding removing and cleaning the debris by scrapping and sand papering and prepparing the surface with smooth and fine finish including necessary reparis to scratches etc. as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete as per specification and as directed by EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing Polycarbonate Sheet of approved color, make & brand conforming to Indian Standard and having 50 micron UV protection layer under co-extrusion technology, Fire rating as per specification. The sheet shall be fixed using Self tapping screw being drilled through the centre leg of the bottom section with nuts placed at 300mm apart without anyway puncturing the polycarbonate sheet, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3mm thick washer etc complete strictly as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-inCharge.

Providing Sand Blasting for existing steel sections inluding removing and cleaning the debris with smooth and fine finish including necessary reparis to scratches etc. as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing structural steel sections of channel, angles, square and circular tubes etc welded/bolted, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and two coat synthetic enamal painting over a base coat of primer etc complete as per direction/ technical specification.
