Cutting in E/Work

Cutting in earth work in all heights/depths and in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum, shingle and decomposed of soft rock or hard rock i.e. their intermediate classification and chisseling/wedging out rock where blasting is prohibited including saturated soils and filling in embankments etc where necessary and disposal of all excavated unserviceable material in all leads and lifts including through mechanical transportation.The disposal of the unserviceable material will be done on approved dumping site. Any damage to the private/public property during execution will be restored by the contractor whatesever the natre of the same may be. The serviceable materials will be stacked in specified dimensions in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work , blasting work and chiselling/wedging out of hard or soft rock upto all heights stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and than returning the excavated soil 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavted earth in all leads and lifts

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30 * 30 * 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to celing in all heights and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of all materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying damp proof roof course 38mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size and curing complete.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen ( mexphalth 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 kg per square mtr on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil

P/L in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M 20 grade for RCC structural elements , excluding cost of centering/shuttering, finishing and reinforcement work including curiing and carriage of material in all leads and lifts

2nd class Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in cement mortar 1:4

20mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all heights including arises , internal rounded angles , chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all heights including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth

Applying brila white wall care putty two or more coats over plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete i/c carriage of materials in all leads of lifts in wall surface.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equalized on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all the dirt , dust and other foreign matters etc including and paper smooth complete

Distempering(two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushin the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth .Priming coat with distemper primer
