DAY TO DAY MAINT AND PETTY REPAIR OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY AT SOUTH COMPLEX UNDER GE IMA DEHRADUN

M&L for attending all type of electric complaint in the blocks/qtrs/lines/ offices in the OTM/Md Accn due to any reason like MCBs/MCCBs burnt out/tripping, leakage fault, short/open circuit faults, electric fittings/fixtures, all type of controls, controls of garden/street lights,controls of summer and cooling appliances i.e Fan , Exhaust Fan , Wall Fan ,Geyser etc.with rectification and restoring the supply by trained person complete all as specified and directed for the South complex OTM/Md Accn Area ( Thimaya Bn, Cariappa Bn, Bhagat Bn, Manekshaw Bn) ,VB Mess , MT colony and Misc area inside the South Complex.Note: (i) All the T&P items like aluminium folding self supported ladders as per site requirement, drill machines with bits, cutting plier, spanners, Allen key Set, Pipe wrench, Screw driver Sets, Crimping tool,descaling rod, etc will be provided to electricians by the contractor. The cost of T&P shall be inciuded in quoted rates and no extra cost will be paid by department. Tool Bags required for attending the complaint shall also be provided by contractor to the tradesmen.All the stationery i.e complaint register, job card dockets and other connected register related to the work shall be arranged and to be maintained by the contractor.Stores required for day to day maintenance for all repair work provided by the contractor through this contract. All sundries items like Insulation Tape, Screws, washers, Plastic wall rawal plugs, Nuts, Bolts, dummy plates, thimbles for coper wire etc shall be supplied/ arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. All the retrieved material shall be the property of Contractor with Sch of credit as shown on credit schedule.Contractors are advised to visit the site before quoting rates.Contractor shall be penalised @ Rs. 200/- per complaint/ day, if he fails to attend and rectify the complaint within 24 hours of lodging the complaint either personally or telephonically. In this regard the decision of the Engr-in-Charge shall be final & binding. The employed electrician should be qualified with ITI in concerned trade and shall have minimum 03 years experience. Work shall be carried out as per modern engineering practice and contractor to maintain record register, duty roster, attendance register etc complete alongwith general tool safety measures on conveyance/ transportation uniform etc. All workers employed by the contractor in day to day maintenance is mendatery to wear proper uniform. Any stores required for rectification of electric complaints other than item mentioned in CA is provided by the department.Unit rates also include 1 electrician (SK) each and 1 electrician helper (SSK)each (1+1) x2=4 persons)in two shifts with deployed in South Complex Complaint cell for rectification of complaints including sunday & holidays from the date of commencement of work. Conractor should also provide almirah to electricition employed under the contract to keep their tool bags /stationary etc in safe custody.Unit rates also include the conveyance and communication facility requried to complete the Job.
