Metal Stand 1.The Dust Bins shall be mounted on 50x 50 x 4MM the MS Vertical stand 45 Inches from ground level in height stand fitted with tilting and locking arrangement in sucha way that while tilting the bin for unloading purpose the height of the bin in tilting position shall be 2 ½ high so that the wheel barrow can easily reach below the bin for loading of garbage. 2.The Plastic Bucket shall have flat iron reinforcement ring made of 25 MM X6MM M.S flat with two sides in opposite directions on which the bolts 25 MM X 8MM Size will hold the bucket with the stand for pivoting movement. 3.The lower side of the legs which can be grouted shall to brackets on either side made of 50 x 50 x 4MM angle iron each
