Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top and waterning pipe 50mm dia projected 30cm above the GL with one socket and removal GI plug on top X 2.25 meters light grade perforated galvanised steel top with socket and plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers.
