Part B: Infrastructure charges

Monthly Infrastructure charges a. Building for accommodation, classroom, dining (Clause 3.5.b.1, 3.5.b.3, 3.5.c.1, 3.5.c.3, 3.5.c.5, 3.5.c.12, 3.5.c.13) b. Coaching ground (Clause 3.5.a) c. Others (Clause 3.5.d.2, 3.5.d.3, 3.5.d.4, 3.5.d.5)

Part C: Other Infrastructure charges (including furniture, bedding utensils, electrical items, equipment for physical training & sports, and all other required facilities as per the scope)

Monthly charges for other infrastructure items (Clause 3.5.b.2, 3.5.b.4, 3.5.b.5, 3.5.b.6, 3.5.c.2, 3.5.c.4, 3.5.c.6-11,3.5.d.6) such as a. All the furniture and fixtures required for accommodation , classroom, and dining as per scope b. Bedding items as per scope c. All the utensils and electrical items for cooking and serving of food (As per annexure-16) d. Electrical items for accommodation , classroom, and dining as per scope e. Equipment for physical training and sports as per scope f. Other items- television, projector, water purifier etc.

D) Monthly Infrastructure charges shall include the following: i) All Government taxes and duties applicable for the infrastructure ii) Charges for other materials required beyond the obligation of OMC iii) Insurance against loss, damage to the infrastructure & equipment to be provided. E) Profit & Loss and any other liabilities to be complied under the applicable statutory /legal provisions
