Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work using Sub class "B" bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face brick masonry/concrete surface etc in CM (1:6) surface finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling old Asbestos Cement (corrugated,semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

S & F fo Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails/screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling system with size 605 mm x 605 mm, consisting of main runner of size 36.5 mm x 25 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.24 Kg/Rm) and cross Tee of size 23.5 mm x 36.4 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.191 Kg/Rm). The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40 mm X 25 mm X 2 mm (weight not less than @ 0.36 Kg/Rm).The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2 mm dia mild steel wire /GI wire, J-bolts ,nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 4.0 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling flat or sloping fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
