Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of plastered wall surfaces incl necessary racking with wire brush the surface of wall to remove all the loose laitence & wash with clean water and crack filling with acrylic putty as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal incl crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste & allow to dry for 4 hours, for external walls, apply damp proof coating and Blend a mixture & water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & brush apply 2 coats of weather proof Acrylic paint over a coat of primer in a span of 4 hrs and applying matching decorative finish complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of plastered wall surfaces incl necessary racking with wire brush the surface of wall to remove all the loose laitence & wash with clean water and crack filling with acrylic putty as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal incl crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste & allow to dry for 4 hours, for ceiling surfaces, apply damp proof coating and Blend a mixture & water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & brush apply 2 coat over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hrs and applying matching decorative finish complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of plastered wall surfaces incl necessary racking with wire brush the surface of wall to remove all the loose laitence & wash with clean water and crack filling with acrylic putty as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal incl crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste & allow to dry for 4 hours, for on flat and slooping roof, apply damp proof coating and Blend a mixture & water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & brush apply 2 coat over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hrs and applying matching decorative finish complete all as specified and directed.

Special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages upto depth 50cm depth : Stage 1: Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc . Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with chemical of plaster seal. Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, add WPC @3% of cement weight incl WPC , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltr cap, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position with Cleaning, repairing, incl complete connection with inlet and outlet with GI / CPVC pipe fitting, Float valve etc Complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of existing tank exc 500 and n.exc 1000 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with inlet outlet with suitable PVC Float Valve etc connections all as specified in SSR Part I including dismantling of existing tank of any description, capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Annual maintenance of Complete checking of electronic circuits of CCR (Constant Current Regulator) 4KW Thyristor type NASU Make CCR: (NS/CCR/10/2015/04) repairing of defective CCR by identifying the fault, repairing of defective PCB's and other components and service the same, i/c calibration of CCR and complete checking, servicing on quarterly basis etc. as required & as under specified herein after as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a) Cleaning of the system like moving parts, contactor, switch gear switches relays, by CTC contact cleaner/ cleaning the unit by blower. b) Checking, Cleaning out all cards i.e. printed circuit assembly like control cards & power supply card with CTC contact cleaner. c) Testing Power Supply service point i.e. unregulated Positive & Negative Supply and regulated power supply. d) Checking of control cards primary / secondary voltage of the Transformer and setting right as required. e) Checking servicing pulses with fuse silicon control rectifiers and setting and calibration etc complete. f) Checking the system by switching on the unit and test electrical parameter, input / output voltage & current levels actual connected load and testing for each current level and setting the same 1 Amp to 6 Amp complete. g) Observe IP & OP condition parameters and runway light fitting intensity as per requirement, and testing the unit operation from remote panel at ATC, charging the unit on load condition for two hours for satisfactory working.

Note:- 1) The above Item Includes following a) Labour Charges tools/gauges for Major and Minor repairs including Overhauls b) Labour charges for all unlimited Breakdown Complaints related to CCR for a period of one year c) Preventive Maintenanace 4 visit in a year (qtrly based ) to carry out Inspection /Checking /Maintenanace of CCR As per standard testing procedure of CCR & submission of Test Report duly signed by Engr-In-Charge, Authorised CCR Service Partner & Contractor for every qtrly Visit.
