Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed

Walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Description all as per item No.02 above, but except stone, complete all as specified and directed

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

-Ditto- all as per item No 4 above but except bricks.

Raised pointing to random rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course masonry in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm to face stones (lime and sand stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC should be added seperately

Preparation of newly plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of Alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and as directed.
