FOR LEG STREGTHENING WORK OF TOWER LOC-18 AND LOC 90 OF 132KV AMROHA MORADABAD LINE UNDER ETD AMROHA

The following works are to be carried out at ETD- Amroha

Cost of excavation of excess mud from legs of existing 132KV tower including all earth works, back filling, leveling etc.

First Class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand, mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Cost of concreting including cost of cement, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming, curring but excluding cost of reinforcement bars. (1:2:4 concreting)

Providing and fixing of 5inch dia. Thickness 12mm PVC pipe on tower parts including safe cutting, binding, jointing etc. (Approx 15mtr)

Breaking of chimney of size 450X450mm at least 1.5m below ground level and 300mm above ground level of different tower locations mentioned below. The work includes proper cleaning of stub with hard wire brush to remove complete concrete from the surface at stub then making holes in the stub (with the help of magnate based electric drill machine) and fixing additional galvanized angel size 130X130X10mm and 110X110X8mm at least both 1000mm long with nut and bolts and then painting of welded portion with zinc rich primer and then making of chimney of proper size with 1:2:4 cement concrete with 20mm stone granite with proper curing for 7days and all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily including cost of all material, labor, generator, drill machine T&P etc. but excluding cost of MS angels and N&Bs which shall be provided by department.
