M&L, for two coats of cementious resin based 2K water proof coating @ 1.60 kg per sqm for two coats on brick wall or concrete surfaces including cleaning, washing with clean water, making wet dust free surfaces before applying the water proof coating and sanding with coarse washed dry sand over the wet second coat of 2K, to make the surfaces rough to receive the wall plastering, all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- STP, Sika, Pidilite as approved by GE.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on cracks developed brick wall or concrete surfaces, built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc at swimming pool,TAB bldgs or similar high walls bldgs upto 15 metres height and reinforced with GI chicken mesh as approved , fixed on wall or RCC coloum with nails or screws, rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturers instructions, surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement, over water proofing coating of 2K, including making groove at joint of wall and colum (whereever required) all complete as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Water proofing coating of 2K shall be measured and paid seperately in respective item of BOQ. 2. Rates are included for arrangement of scafolding, ladders, supports & safety measure items for working in any situation etc upto height of triple storied bldgs.

Taking down existing brick pattern groove plaster and filling the surface with rendering of required thickness in cement mortar 1:4 to match the existing brick pattern tiles with necessary groove cutting including applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of primer to match the existing shade upto a height of 7.50 metre including all necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing brick pattern groove plaster and filling the surface with rendering of required thickness in cement mortar 1:4 to match the existing brick pattern tiles with necessary groove cutting including applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of primer to match the of existing shade, work at height above 7.50 mtr and upto 15 metre, including all necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed.
