No. 8.31

P/Laying 2mm thick plaster of paris putty for proper complition of the work as per Direction of E/I all complete

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) as per D.S.R. 13.46.1

S/F of 32mm thick flush doors commercial quality conforming to IS:2202 Part 1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and sttopers and including fixing fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, lock, handle, spring fitting with necessary screws to be supplied departmentally S.I. No. 470 (i)

Fabrication of Mild steel or iron work of grill and stair case railling (When not included in an overall rates) brought to required form including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts and wastage etc. and there fixing if required for proper completion of work. (S.I.No.502c)

Two coat painting with synthetic enamel paints on new plain surface with primer of approved quality of colour by E/L.
