Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of septic tanks including inlet/ outlet chambers / manholes etc of any size / capacity and depth by bailing out water, taking out the sludge manually or mechanically (by tractor having sewage pump) and removing the waste materials to a distance exceeding 50 mtr but not exceeding 100mand burying the same in a pit ( including excavation) and covering the sludge/ pit with soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning/ clearing of manhole including inlet/ outlet chambers, etc of any capacity up to 1.5 mtr depth, including disposal of Sludge/ waste up to 50m by manually or technically and burying the same in a pit ( including excavation) and covering the sludge/ pit with soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of drain pipe of 150mm bore, in horizontal or vertical position by rodding from manhole to manhole and upto septic tanks, well flushing after taking off existing manhole covers, taking out sludge and other materials causing blocking of the drain pipes, burrying the sludge / night soil waste in earth pits including excavation of pits, carriage and levelling of soil pits after burrying and covering of sludge with minimum 25 cm thick compacted layer of soil and removal of surplus soil, to a distance n.exc. 50m, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete M-15, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), smooth finished, and reforming benching as required , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 7 here-in-before but except stones.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out, for foundation of pipe line and pit etc in any type of soil, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out ,any type of soil ,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Soakage well of size 1.20x3.00 mtr deep,excavation in ordinary soil, complete all as shown on drawing No. CEPZ/C-TD/013/13, Sheet 1/5 to 5/5 & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition & taking out old damaged SGSW drain pipes, set in cement mortar of dia 100mm/150 dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm, M-10, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

150mm dia pipe salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors & paving not exceeding 15 cms thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain Cement concrete, M-7.5, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15mm thick plaster on brick work or on fair face of concrete work in cement mortar 1:4,surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, using water proofing compound, complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

10 mm thick plaster on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Precast RCC manhole cover slab, M-15, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

PCC, M-10, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel work as in framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. not exceeding 10kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.410. Gde-e-165, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in coping/ benching and the similar work, etc. including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut of length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item 26 here-in-above but of dia 6 to 8mm as in stirrups, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Loose filling with broken brick aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells etc; complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
