Supplying and stacking good lawn earth at site( both inside PF and TH) including loading and unloading etc with all labors ,tools tackles ,transportation etc complete as per instructions of the engineer in charge.(Earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Supplying and stacking compost/sludge manure at site (both inside PF and TH) including loading, unloading with all labors ,tools tackles etc complete as per instruction of engineer in charge (compost/sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Supplying and stacking properly the following size of precast cement concrete pots in colour as per specification and direction of engineer in charge .

a) 300 mm diameter

b) 250 mm diameter

c) 200mm diameter

Supplying the following Plants of Hybride type of different varieties etc at the site ( both inside PF and TH) including loading, unloading, transportation etc complete as per approval ,direction and instruction of EIC .

c) Crotons

d) Boganvilia

e) Palm

f) Vizora

g) Jack fruit

h) Coconut

I) Badam

Supplying the following fertilizers at the site of Port facilities including loading, unloading, transportation etc complete as per direction and instruction of EIC.

c) Neem cake

d) Vermi Compost

e) Rose Mixture

Development and maintenance of lawns and plants ,seasonal plants ,perennial plants etc including digging of new pits for plantation ,spreading of manure ,good lawn earth and manure, watering of lawns ,preparation of earth bed for development of Lawn at different places in port facilities and TH , and also cleaning of grass bushes, vegetation, trimming of tree branches and bushes in a regular manner ,spreading of manure ,medicines ,manure ,insecticides compost etc and when required brooming(all tools and tackles and equipments ,spades ,shovels, Kurpies, basket, watering pipes etc including all types of medicines, insecticides , etc will be supplied by NALCO on free of cost basis).

Procurement & plantation of china grass at different locations inside NALCO port facilities premises& TH for development of grass lawn ,including loading, unloading at site, plantation in position etc excluding watering and maintenance of lawn, complete.

Trimming of Plants Ashoka and Coconut trees as per the required level as instructed by EIC and including disposal of the plant debris in the low lying area in side Port facilities etc complete.
