Dismantling Wall and Ceiling Boards (Fibre, Pulp, Insulation, etc.) or Insulation Boards /Blankets/Slabs, any description and any thickness including Cover Fillets, Cornices, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted Galvalume Aluminum Zinc Coating GI based Corrugated Steel Sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted Galvalume Aluminum Zinc Coating GI based Plain Steel Sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F false ceiling with 4mm thick desingner 'E' Board of Everest Ltd or Charminar as approved by GE fixed with GI powder coated inverted Tee or 'L' section (Concealed GI frame work) of cicago metallic or Equivalent as approved by GE suspended from ceiling with FI 25x5 mm thick or butterfly hold down clips with necessary hold fastners / self tapping screws as per manufacturer instruction complete all as directed and specified incl (a) Main runner of size 39x24.7x0.8mm (b) Cross tee size 29x24.7x0.8mm (c) Wall angle 22.2x22.2x0.65mm (d) Butter fly clip / hold down clip (f) Size of grid 605x605mm (g) Two coats oil bound distemper one side of board (h) Powder coating on exposed side of tee/angle ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Timber Scantling 40 Sq Cm and over in Section in any position in Unframed Work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Second Class Hardwood in Scantlings Wrought Timber Framed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing worn out PCC Roof Padding not exc. 50mm thick including Bitumenous Felt by cutting, chiseling, scrapping, etc., cleaning the surfaces by booming, brushing, washing, etc, removing dust, debries/ rubbish, etc. from the Site to out side of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be less applied over bituminous primer as specified above over a Application of polymeric membrance shall by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying one coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Disconnecting existing tank exc 250 n.exc 1000 setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from moouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old treated/decorated Wood and Wood Based Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First grade quality), complete all as specified and as directed.
