Out sourcing services for Maintenance and operation of 11 KV sub station at MRS Technical area INS Kalinga Bheemunipatnam comprising of 11 KV incomers - 2 Nos, Bus couplers - 01 Nos, Tie coupler panel - 1Nos, 11 KV out going panels - 08 Nos and Spares panel - 04 Nos, APFC capacitor bank of capacity 100 KVR, 230 volts AC/110 Volts DC battery bank with charger, sub station lighting, earthing pits of all the equipment & plants carrying out regular testing of the equipment and maintaining of the earth testing registers etc. maintaining of daily records of the electric supply with all parameters described at the sub station, by providing One Electrician per each shift, 03 shifts per day round the clock including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-The contractor shall be responsible for providing basic tools for electrician along with safety gears 2.Wages paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by the state/central government from time to time whichever is higher.The payment shall be made to the workers through a nationalised bank and Aadhar linked bank accounts and the bank statement of fair wages as per minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submitted along with the RARs/FB for payment 3. The contrctor shall be responsible for the EPF, ESI,bonus,safety etc. and insurance of all trademen employed by him as per existing labour rules /acts/regulations.

Supply only insulating mat of size 2mx1mx2.5mm as per IS 15652/2006 for 11 KV feeders at TP area MRS and other substations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only LED flood light 200W, 230 volts luminairy with pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protecion, for building security light of MRS TP Area and sub stations with all materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Make: Cat no. LFLN- 200-CDL/60-M of Crompton or equivalent as approved by GE.
