Fabrication and Erection of Sludge Pipeline from NP Equilization tank to ETP, in Phosphoric Acid Plant Area, FACT-CD

Fabrication of CS Pipes & Fittings for Rubberlining size varies from 50 NB to 200 NB: Work involves the collection/transportation of required materials from stores. CS/MS pipelines, bends, reducers, tees etc. with flanges/stub ends/collars shall be fabricated to suit the site conditionas per the relevant drawing / instruction of the Officer-in-charge. Flange joints shall be welded properly inside and outside. Edges and weld joints shall be ground properly for rubber lining. The required mitre bends/mitre fittings shall also be fabricated to suit the site conditions. Elbows and tees shall be fabricated to suit site conditions. Pipe ends shall be ground properly with suitable bevel/single Vee. The pipes/fittings/mitres shall be fabricated by with C.S. flanges. Pipes shall be in pieces as per instructions from the Engineer-in-Charge.Fabricated items shall be transported to the rubber lining area. After completing the rubber lining, items shall be transported to an earmarked area for stacking. Rubber lining is not in the scope of this work.

Erection of CSRL Pipes & Fittings The newly fabricated CS pipelines/ fittings after rubber lining shall be transported to the site, as per the relevant drawing / instruction of the Officer-in-charge to meet site requirements. CSRL pipes and fittings shall be erected at various positions/elevation/pipe bridges etc., after getting the process clearance with proper gaskets and the flange joints should be tightened to avoid leakage. Temporary supports shall be provided if required. The pipeline route shall be as per approved drawing/site instructions by the Engineer in Charge. Hooking up of new fabricated line shall be done during Plant shut down in minimum time as per instruction from Engineer-in-charge.

Structural works of pipe supports: Collection of required materials from FACT -CD stores/plant area and transport to the work site at PA Plant. New structural supports for pipelines/pipe bridges /saddle supports etc. shall be fabricated and erected at the site as per the relevant drawing/ instruction of the Officer-in-charge to meet site requirements.
