REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF POWER AND DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER AND ITS CONNECTED WORK AT AF STN PHALODI

Servicing maint and repair of transformers taking out to workshop for replacement of burnt out winding comprising as under:- (a) Disconnecting of transformer from electrical circuit /pole/plinth mounted out door /indoor type of any make of capacity 63 KVA to 100 KVA. Lifting up transformer at the site and shifting to the vehicle taking out for repair. (c) Opening the top cover for carry out repair at workshop (b) Draining out transformer oil complete removing sludge/carbon particles from bottom core & coils, washing core using drained transformer oil. (d) Reassembling of top cover and reconnecting to electrical system, testing and commissioning of transformer. Note :- (i) Refiling, Dehydration and filtration of oil, replacement of parts, gasket, copper winding at HT and LT, insulation paper will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Quoted rates are inclusive of transportation from work site to workshop and back and testing at site after necesssary electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item Ser No.1 above but of capacity exceeding 160 KVA to 500 KVA but not exceeding 100 KVA

Dehydration, filtration, heating and refilling of old transformers oil after testing the same for dielectric strenghth not less than 45 KV (RMS). Note:- (i) Dehydration and filtration can be carried out at site by brining filtration machine at site otherwise the same shall be got done from the manufacturing workshop of Transformers.

Supply and top up of transformer insulating oil HV grade having electric stength not less than 45 KVA (RMS) at 4mm gap. High viscosity in transformer conforming to IS-335 of 1983 as amended . Make: IOC

Supply and replacing and testing of externally operated tap changing gear off load type on HV winding to vary the LV voltage upto 7.5 % variation limit in steps on 2.5% suitable upto 250 KVA transformer.

All as per item No: 05 above but capacity 300 KVA to 500 KVA

Supply and replacing of Ceramic Bush insulators with brass spindle complete with washers, nuts and check nuts on HT side as per existing size, shape and specification for 11/0.433 KV transformer (outdoor/indoor) type transformers of capacity not exceeding 250 KVA complete all as specified

All as per Item Ser No. 7 here in before but capacity 300 to 500 KVA complete all as specified

All as per item Ser No.11 here in before but capacity 300 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specifed

Supply and replacing of cork sheet gasket of 6 mm thick out to size/shape for top cover of transformer upto capacity 250 KVA

All as per item Ser No: 13 above but transformer of capcity exc 300 KVA and upto 500 KVA

Supply and replacing of silicagel breather assembly of metallic body including silicagel for distribution transformer of capcity not exceeding 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item Ser No: 15 here in before but capacity 300 KVA to 500 KVA

Supply and replacing of temperature gauge 0 to 150 degree celsius as per existing dia at site suitable for 11/0.433 KV transformer all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of transformers externally spray painting with synthetic enameled paint of gray color after cleaning surfaces thoroughly with thinner and scrapper and preparing the surface to required standard including writing and marking such as MES No on the body of transformer capacity upto 200 KVA including colour wash of transformer plate from complete all as directed by Engneer- in -Charge.

All as per item Ser No 18 above but capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA

M&L for rewinding of HV coil of transformer of any capacity using proper size DPC super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate guage and grade,with insulation material suitable for HT 11 KV transformer including taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coils complete all as specified and directed. Make: Emco/Milan

Re-insulation of HT coil of transformer of any capacity using proper size paper insulation material to form DPC Copper wire and HT insulation material suitable for 11/0.433 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Item shall be measured only where re-insulation of copper wire is required.)

M&L for rewinding of LV coil of transformer of any capacity using proper size DPC super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate guage and grade, and insulation material suitable for 11/0.433 KV transformer including taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coils complete all as specified and directed. Re-insulation of LV coil of transformer of any capacity using proper size paper insulation material to form DPC Copper wire and LT insulation material suitable for 11/0.433 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Item shall be measured only where re-insulation of copper wire is required.) Note for Item No 20 to 23 :- (a) Rewinding of transformer HV/LV Coils shall be carried out from ISO certified 2008 Coy. Necessary transportation means required to move transformer from work site to workshop and back is included in unit rate. (b) Dehyderation and filteration of transformer oil, and replacement of unserviceable spares shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate Item of schedule however cost of renewal of Nut, bolts & washers shall deemed to be included in UNIT RATE QUOATED.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to and inclduing GI Strip 32X6 mm as earthing lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I and testing on completion inclduing excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, and cover 6 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade and lugs complete all as specified and directed with earth resistance not more than 5.0 OHMS. Note- In case earth resistance more than 5.0 ohms, the contractor will do re earthing at no extra cost

M&L in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to walls on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipes or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32X6mm galvanised iron strip all as specified.

S&F in replcement of vertical type air break switch gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including HT 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 11000 volts, 400 Amps current rating complete including dismantling existing one all as specified and as directed.Make :-MEI/Pactil/Atlas/Jaipuria

M&L in replacement for cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint.

Supply and replace Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable . Including cutting and removing existing unserviceable joint, excavation near 2/4 pole structure / HT Panel board / Transformer and taking out loop cable from trench and excavation refilling the trench shall deemed to be included in quoted rate with excavated material all as specified and as directed.Make :- M-Seal/Y-Denson/Raychem RPG

Disconnecting / dismantling primary & secondary (HT/LT) connection carefully of unservicable / serviceable out door / indoor type Transformer complete of any capacity from its foundation and safely shifting one sub station to another sub station where as directed by Engr-in-charge and reconnection of cabling ,earthing ,install testing and commissoning of the transformer. Note:- Cost of Necessary tools and plants such as Vehicle, hydra/Crane etc should be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supplying and laying of synthetic rubber insulated mats 2mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electric purpose as per IS 15652-2006 suitable for electric shock safety of size 2mx1m
