SITC of Microprocessor based air cooled 11.0 TR ceiling suspended ductable type Split Air Conditioner having nominal cooling capacity of min 132000 BTU/hr. at ISI condition with 2 No. scroll compressor & R410A ( Suitable Refrigerant) refrigerant suitable for operation on 400V - 50 Hz-3PH AC supply. (Make: Hitachi/ Daikin/ Bluestar/ Carrier/ Voltas) incl. Supplying, fabrication & fixing M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of Ductable split AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 50 mm x50mm x 6 mm in each platform .Area of the platform is 3Mtr. x 1.2Mtr. or as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC

Supply, Installation & commissioning of hard/soft copper refrigeration pipeline, complete with fittings, elbows, bends, supporting arrangement on walls (Make- Ryoku/Rajco/Mandev) [ For Ductable AC-5.5 TR & 11TR]

b) Suction Line, 7/8 '' (HD Copper Pipe with minimum 0.9mm thickness)

Supply & Fixing 9mm nitrile rubber tube Insulation on suction line copper pipe of ductable split AC (Make-Accoflex)

Copper Control Cabling from ODU to IDU through PVC Rigid Conduit with all accessorics.

Supply, fabrication and installation of sheet metal duct in accordance with the approve ducting, laying,drawing, including accessories like anchor fasteners, MS angle /rod for support, dampers, turning vanes etc.

Supply & fixing of Fusible link mechanical type fire damper

Supply & fixing non return damper

Supply and fixing flexible canvass connection for Ductable air-conditioners.

Supplying & fixing of 19 mm thick duly laminated aluminium foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation. (Make-Armacell/K Flex/A-Flex./Accoflex)

Supplying and fixing of acoustic insulation inside ducting with 10 mm thick open cell nitrile rubber (class O) of density 140Kg/Cu.m-160 Kg/Cum insulation with bolts nuts GI washers etc as required. (Make-Armacell/K Flex/A-Flex./Accoflex)

Supply and fixing of Al powder coated supply Air Square Diffuser with VCD

Supply and fixing of Al powder coated return Air Square Diffuser without VCD

Supply & laying Drain Water piping work out of PVC / HDPE hard pipes of following sizes incl. fitting, accessories, bends, elbows, tees, flanges, tappings, wall sleeves, hangers, supports, anchors.
