Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning RCC Circular overhead storage reservoirs, under ground/ partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, Sanitary works i.e., refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves, bulk meter of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts and barbed wire fencing around the tanks shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural design and drawings etc complete as directed by engineer in charge (i) C/O under ground Sump well 20,000 Litres capacity at point "A" ( Ghangyal Nallah)

C/O Overhead Storage Tank 30,000 Litres capacity at point "C" (Vill. Ghori) ,at point "F" (Vill. Rampur) ,at point "K" (Vill. Raddu) , at point "O" (Vill. Katli) and at point "R" (Vill. Rakkar) ,

C/O Overhead Storage Tank 50,000 Litres capacity at point "B" (Lower Belhi) and at point "M" (Vill. Sai)

C/O Overhead Storage Tank 60,000 Litres capacity at point "G" (Vill. Bhurjwanoo) and at point "N" (Vill. Chhater)

Construction, Testing & Commissioning of Pump House & Chowkidar Room at Ghanghyal Nallah and Surahu Nallh ( near Rampur) including all allied Civil Works , Electrical works, Sanitay installations, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, dewatering etc complete in all lead and lift to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming/ chiselling of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12( 1cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Randum rubble masonary polygonal rubble masonary (uncoursed brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) including all leads and lifts.

Boulder filling under floor complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts (i) Beams,cantilivers,girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilivers , girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth.

ii) Slopping or battering surface including folded plates where inclination to horizontal plane does not exceeded 30 degree

iii)Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

iv) Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing completre excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-i) RCC Column beams girders etc.

ii) suspended floors, roofs,landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks masonary in super structure above plinth in cement mortor 1:6(1cement :6sand) 2nd class bricks in all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought , framed and fixed in position in all leads and lifts. 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embending in CC block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size as directed in all leads and lifts and to the entire stisfaction of the Engineer -in -Charge.

Providing and fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick.2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws (Plain grill).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement in all leads and lifts. (a) 40mm thick

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1Cement :3 Sand) in all respect and lifts.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two levels including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) in all leads and lifts.

Pointing on brick work with cement motor 1:3(1cement:3sand)( raised and cut) in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other forign matter in walls in all leads and lifts.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one coat) on of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of grease dust, loose, pices of sealed including preparing the surface even and sane papered smooth and one subsequent coat in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting.Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Applying two coats of wood preservative on new wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaningthe surface of dirt ,dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with readymade paint other than white

Providing and fixing anodised MS sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screw etc. complete.(i) 250x16mm

Providing and fixing anodised MS Tower bolts (barrel type) with screw etc. complete.(i)250x10mm

Providing and fixing anodised MS handles with necessary screws etc. complete. (i) 125mm

Providing and fixing oxidised M.S. Hooks & eye 250mm

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand: 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size will rammed with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground in all leads and lifts.

Half brick masonary in common burnt clay buildings bricks in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand) 2nd class bricks.

Providing and fixing vitreous china wash down water closet ( European typr W.C. Pan with integral P of S Trap including jointing the trap with soilpipe in cement mortar 1:1 (1Cement:1Sand) (Seat and cover to be measured and paid separately)

Providing and fixing 100mm size P of S trap for water closet (Squatting pan) ancluding jointing the trap with the pan soilpipein Cement mortar 1:1 (1 Cement : 1 sand)

Providing and fixing 12.50 lit vitrous china low level fushing cisten with a pair of C.I. or mild steel brackets complete with fitting such as lead valve less syphon 15mm nominal size brass wheel for connection with inlet, outlet and over flow pipe 40mm dia C.P. flush bend including cutting holes in wall and making good the same and connection the flush bend with cistern and closet ( overflow) pipe to be measured and paid separately)

Providing and fixing sand cast/cast iron spun spigot and socket soil waste and ventilating pipes (lead caulked joint to be measured and paid seperately).(i) 100mm dia

Providing and fixing sand cast iron spun fitting and accessories:-a) Bend of required degree any radious:-100mm

Providing and fixing SFRC manhole cover confirming to IS 12592 (part-II) 1991 with latest ammendments medium duty circular type 600mm dia in all leads and lifts.

Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in PVC casing & capping and earthing the light point with 1.5 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required. Group C.

Wiring for circuit / sub-main with following size PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in PVC casing & capping along with 1 No.HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable of same size for earthing as required (.i) 2 x 1.5 Sq. mm.

ii) 2 x 4.00 Sq. mm.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps. Socket outlet on the exists switch box/covers including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and Fixing 5 Amps to 32 Amps rating, 240 Volts, L series miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCBDB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required Cat - A. (Single Pole)

Supplying and fixing of following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 Volts on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper busbar, netural link, earthbar, dibnbar, detachable gland plates, inter connections, i/c painting, earthing etc. as required busbar 8 way.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (63 amp. CAT - A)
