Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side/top/centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11B and K12 etc. complete of standard rolled steel section, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted , including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of the other fittings, complete all as per approved design.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS:4351 manufactured from mommerical mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means including M.S. pressed butt hinge 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbars as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS: 14616 and TADS 15:2001……….

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade

Distempering with 1st qualify acrylick distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacture, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacture specification.

Finishing wall with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade.

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/Steel works.

Finishing wall with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacture's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete.
