Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cementcontent in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge: Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure (MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 Grade Yst 350,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections (CHS/RHS/SHS) (ERW), ISI marked conforming to IS 1161/4923, Grade Yst 310, thickness up to 10mm (from SAIL/RINL /TATA/JINDAL/APOLLO) in the profile shape as per conceptual drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc using water jet 3-D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections with cleaning the surface with sand blasting system and applying a coat of epoxy primer and including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting , threading, machining, leads and lifts up to all heights, tools & plants and necessary cranes, erection machinery and tools, scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Tensile Membrane canopy. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile, including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and high tensile bolts of grade not less than 10.9 having black phosphate coating (nuts and bolts to be paid separately). The complete structure to be sand blasted and coated with epoxy primer 2 coats and hard top two coats Polyurethane applications work at all locations in required DFT (dry film thickness) for each coat in total DFT of 280 microns as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Work is to be executed by Specialised Agency having experience in executing similar nature of works).

Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of pre stressed Tensile Membrane Fabric structure in desired profile as per conceptual drawing, with SERGE FERRARI pre constraint TX-30 Type III or MEHLER VALMEX FR MEHATOP* N TYPE III or SATTLER 759ATLAS Type III TFL/TFX or equivalent, having minimum Tensile strength (Warp/Weft) 5600/5500 N/50 mm & minimum tear strength (Warp/Weft) of 700 / 650 N, high concentrated PVDF top coating and PVDF coated on bottom side, polyester fabric and should be weldable having a minimum weight of 1050 gm/sqm with a minimum 20 years warranty etc. of approved colour over steel structure frames (underneath steel structure shall be paid separately) with all fittings and fixtures such as Galvanized MS End Plate, Shackles, Rigging Screws, Turnbuckles, swedge, fork, keder rods & galvanized MS strands with stainless steel end terminals complete as per Drawing / Detail & as per particular/ technical specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes cost of fabric, patterns, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stitch of fabric, Transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI strands, hardware, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools & plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge). (Note : (i) Actual plan area of canopy shall only be measured for payment. (ii) Galvanized strands, Galvanized MS end plate and powder coated aluminium flat bar only shall be paid separately under respective item.) (Work is to be executed by Specialised Agency having experience in executing similar nature of works).

Supplying hot dipped galvanized Membrane Corner Plates of required thickness and design finished with a coat of Marine Primer and two coats of Polyurethane paint complete and fixing with high tensile bolts of grade not less than 10.9 having black phosphate coating complete as per Drawing/Detail and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of powder coated aluminium flat bar 75mm x 4mm in same color code of fabric, of reputed brand to be used for peripheral locking for fabric all around the fabric in the gutter side and building side etc. complete as per drawing/detail and direction of Engineer in-charge.

Supplying of 25mm diameter, 1x19 Galvanized strands of required length of Grade 1570 (6000 mm length) with Stainless steel terminals and toggles at both ends as per approved shop drawings as Under fabric Cables complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes withstanding 6 kg pressure conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 200 mm diameter.

Providing and fixing in position unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (a) Single tee without door - 200 x 110 x110 mm.

Providing and fixing in position unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS :13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. a) Bend 87.5°, 200 mm bend.

Providing and placing self levelling/compacting cement grouting (Like GP-2 or equivalent) and grouting of column bases after fixing bolts in position as per manufacturer specification using Cement & Sand etc complete. as per satisfaction of EIC. (BM make: ACC /ULTRA TECH/ BHARATHI & Equivalent).

Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels. Providing M-30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/RMC. (Note:- 1. Cement content considered in M-30 is @340 kg/cum) (Note:- 2. Excess/less cement over the specified cement content used is payable /recoverable separately.)

Providing and fixing 4mm thick aluminium composite panel around the columns /dead walls / under side of ceiling at all heights. The standard panel size of ACP shall be of size 1250mm x 1600mm or as required. The rate shall include all necessary tools and equipments, scaffolding, technical personal and as per technical specifications, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Items includes cost of ACP Panel, Weather Sealant, Gasket, Foam, Scaffolding, Fixtures all machineries complete. The above work is to be carried out by a Specialized Agency approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Only surface area of aluminium composite panel alongwith its groove shall be measured for payment. The cladding system shall be aligned for the entire height and for the entire width to ensure 100 percent 'X' axis 'Y'axis alignment wherever required. The fixing of the panels shall be designed in such a way that they come in plane with the glass panels and no deflection is visible on the external face. All the vertical and horizontal section grooves and peripheral gaps shall be sealed with approved grade sealant to make the entire system synchronize with the basic curtain wall structure / steel structure and also make the system airtight and watertight. The fixing details should be got approved by site-in charge. The peel off foil should be removed at the time of handing over as may be required by the Site-In-Charge. Cost of ACP panel including the labour element for cutting of ACP panel, stacking, fixing in appropriate locations shall be included in the rates. (Aluminium frame work shall be paid separately in respective item).

Providing Engineering Consultancy services for steel structure for tensile fabric roofing structure, RCC foundation work, rain water drainage, ACP cladding and testing for load bearing capacity with all relevant calculation sheet and design vetted by IIT/NIT, detailed construction drawing required during execution etc. as specified in tender document and any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of works etc completes as per direction and satisfaction of EIC.
