M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) ty B-0 as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and making surface good in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS Steel work in tubular trusses/purline/ column /nut bolts /base plate including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternate bay nexc 3.0 sqm each, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm GI tubing, medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC / arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises including taking down of existing steel water tubing for water supply and re-fixing the same after application of roof treatment complete all as specified and directed

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0(using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agg) as in roof levelling, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 20mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and fair without using extra cement on roof surface and wall (WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only rate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement with following:- (a) M&L for providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface. (b) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thickness of weight of 3.5 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester fibre as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with side over laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacturers instruction. (c) M&L for finishing of top surface by two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm grouted all as specified and as per manufacturers instruction.

Taking down cement plaster ( including tiles, if necessary ) of any description on Brick walls including racking out Joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm Thick in CM (1:6) on Brick surfaces, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering CM 1:3 Cement mortar on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer incl preparation of newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- as per item No 58 but one coat over old treated surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 2 coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer incl preparation of newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.
