Inspection, maintenance and servicing including Alternator, AMF panels of connected DG sets for routine check up ('B' check) Once in a six moth or 250 hrs whichever is earlier) of the engine for the smooth functioning and carrying out the complete checks as per the manufacturers instructions including items covered 'A' Check all as specified and complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the following DG Sets:- 'B' CHECK ONCE IN A SIX MONTH OR 250 HRS WHICHEVER IS EARLIER (i) Replace the lubricating oil. (ii) Replace fuel low lubricating oil filter element. (iii) Replace lubricating oil by pass filter element. (iv) Replace the fuel filter element. (v) Check engine coolent. (vi) Replace hydraulic governer oil. (vii) Check the crank case breather. (viii) Check turbo charger (for turbo fitted engine) Note:- 1. Engine oil & Cooolent will be measured and paid seperately. 2. Engine oil/Radiator coolant oil/spares will be paid seperately. Cost of labour for fixing the spares supplied and measured here-in-after included in the unit rate of the items. 3. Repair work of AMF panel will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of sch 'A' here in after.
