MOORUM : Supply and filling of Moorum/Red Bajri, filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

STONE MASONRY : Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6.

PCC : M&L - Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 with 40 mm graded aggregate, in foundation, filling and mass concrete .

RCC : Reinforced Cement Concrete for footings, plinth beams,bases for columns etc. of type B1, 1:2:4 mix by using 20 mm graded aggregates, complete all as directed and specified.

RCC :M&L - Reinforced Cement Concrete , Type B1, 1:2:4 Mix by using 20mm graded aggregate in slabs supported on coloums, and bems cantilevers, etc complete all as specified and directed

PCC : M&L - Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B2 with 40 mm graded aggregate, in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

REINFORCEMENT : Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site including all hard ware items, ie. STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK: Structural steel work for making roof trusses, stancstions, purlins, girders etc with suitable Pipes, Square Tubes etc. of Gr. Fe-410-W-(Gde-E-250) quality "A" including cutting, welding complte with suitable guset plates, bolts, nuts etc with errection complete all as specified and directed.

BITUMEN TACK COAT : Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

WATER PROOFING TREATMENT : M&L - APP based polymeric membrane of 1M width with minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

SURFACE PAINTING : Rendering of old tarfelt sheets,wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting.
