Taking down ceiling fan / EXHAUST FAN any sweep from the site and replacing the defective parts such as shakle & clamps including, rubber bush, bolts, nuts & split pin (Chera Pin), washer etc. for ceiling fan and ensure proper inserting the quarter/ Split pin to hold the nut and bolt on fan downrod at fix position including servicing, oiling and greasing and re-fixing the ceiling fan / exhaust fan of any sweep again at existing site all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of ceiling fan/Exhaust fan of any size/sweep/make, cleaning all dust etc and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel (1st grade quality white) paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler and marking same MES No. with parmanent marker etc complete all as directed. (Note: The ceiling fan/Exhaust taken down under Serial item No. 105 above shall be painted and measured under this item.)

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C.
