Taking out old unserviceable drawer lock from its position and S&F new steel lock 6 lever with keys in duplicate and making the drawer functional complete all as specified and as directed and as shown on drawing.

Taking out and removing of old unserviceable drawer from its position and supply and fixing new drawer in the same position made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet including one coat of OG paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking out old damaged/decayed top from its position and S&F new top as per existing shape and size in the same position made out of 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice (natural teak glossy finish) and other side balancing white including 4mm thick wooden beading on all around including applying french polish complete as specified and as shown on drawing.

Charpoy GI Pipe with Nylon Newar/Charpoy GI Pipe with Ply Top, Drawing No FD-220 The following repairs to be carried out:- Taking out and removing all existing unserviceable plywood top from Charpoy GI Pipe, tightening the frame and S & F new plywood top 12 mm thick BWR grade 07 layer ISI marked, with support of counter sunk nut, bolts and washer of size 75mm x 6mm (total 10 Nos ). The existing stiffeners shall be fixed to long rails with welding and applying two coats of black paint, completed all as specified and directed.

Taking out and removing old unserviceable stiffeners from its position and S&F new stiffeners to the same in existing position by welding with frame, size 900mm x 50mm x 5mm thick made of MS flat iron and applying two coats of Black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable/damaged back rest (back plank) from 'form with back' and S&F back rest made of 19mm thick well seasoned first class hard wood 'Teak' as per existing shape & sizes with 4 Nos GI counter sunk bolts, nut and washer after preparation of wooden surface including applying one coat of French polish over wood filler to exposed surfaces of timber complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawing.

M&L for spot welding in repairs in exc 2.50cm in length to broken/damaged leg /stiffener of 'form with back / without back' complete 'all as specified and as directed. (Note: Welded metal thickness shall not be less than 2mm thick)

Taking out old unserviceable /decayed hard rubber shoe from leg of 'form with back / without back and S&F rubber shoe in leg complete all as specified and shown on drawing.
