M&L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 ( using 40mm graded aggregates) as in bed concrete for foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line of wire to be measured.

S&F mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia as in straining rods in fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 4mm dia PVC coated GI wire chain link fencing of mesh size 50x50mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in any floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for High strength and high wear resistance designer chequered coloured cement concrete tiles with glazed finished surface with grey cement and white pigment 30 cm X 30 cm X 20-25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, the colour and pattern of tile as in floors over and including screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thcik, colour and design of tiles shall be as approved by Accepting Officer complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Ultra, Bansal, Nitco.

M&L for Interlocking cement concrete tiles with grey cement 40mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, as in floors over and including screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thcik, pattern of tiles shall be as approved by Accepting Officer complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Bansal, Nitco & Ultra as approved by GE.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured Glazed interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M - 35 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: M/s Ultra tiles, M/s Bharat tiles , M/s Nitco tiles or Equivalent

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggragate) in flooring / hardstanding and finishing the concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 ( using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and saucer drains without using of extra cement for smooth finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to out side MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position, as in roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and smilar suspended work complete and rubbish off the demolished meaterial to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type-B1 (Using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes & drains etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 in kerb stones, apex stones, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates in louvers and jallies, including all mouldings and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18mm to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, wall cladding and like in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including laying of screed bed of 15mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1 mm thick steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated, complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning and preparing the iron surfaces to be welded together running welding in repairs not exceeding 6 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating trapizoidal profile sheet of 0.50 mm thick[TCT] of any having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Make :M/s. Asian Paints [Apcolite], M/s. Berger Paints [Luxol], Jenson & Nicholson [Brolac] all are 1st quality.

Taking down PVC pipe of any dia fixed under/over floor or wall surface for sewage line line along road / drain / Rain Water Pipes (any size) including all fittings heads bends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe [ ISI MARKED ] 160mm bore single socketed with rubber ring joints laid in floors, trenches or fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Supreme / Prince Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for inserting PVC pipe in to existing hole and making good the surface around the hole with Cement Mortar 1:4.

Supply & fix stack clamps out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof bore of pipe 160mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for fixing clamps duly drilling holes by mechanical means over the wall / surface of drain at main road side.
