Providing & laying cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement concrete work work ina) Foundations, and Plinth in all lead and lifts.

b) Walls (any thickness) but not less that 0.10 Mtrs. hick including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course from top of foundation upto floor two levels.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15 m.m thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5 m.m so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced conc.and plain conc.work in :-(a) Vertical Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and strining courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like:- floors etc up to 200 mm on thickness with in all leads and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like

Providing & Laying mild /tor steel reinforcement for RCC. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including all leads and lifts

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanized mild steel screwed and socketed /flanged pipes of following diameter and class, tube fittings in trenches i/c carriage of pipes from Sub-Divisional Store to site of work,(Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge: (LR). 40 mm dia nominal bore

Prov and fixing Sand cast iron /cast iron spun spigot and socket soil waste and ventiliating pipes.100mm dia complete in all respect abd as per the direction of Engimneer in charge.

Manufacturing, Supplying, Fabrication and Fixing of MS Fabricated Protection Panel 750 mm x750mm made with MS Angle 40 x40 x4 mm for frame, MS Angle 30x30 x3 mm for cover. MS Flat 25 x5mm for fixing of sliding door bolt and MS Sheet( 12gauge) 2.50 mm thick for protection of manhole covers of storage tanks including the cost of cutting and welding of MS angle & in RCC slab, by drilling holes in MS angle & in RCC slab, provision for providing and fixing sliding door bolt 300 x16mm MS Handle 100 mm, Lock and applying a coat of red lead paint & painting two coat with steel paint ( Firoza Blue) complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in Charge.
